Cambridge Galaher Settlements, a subsidiary of Cambridge Integrated Services, provides both tax-free and deferred tax products in lieu of a lump sum cash payment at the time of claim resolution. Our structured settlement division offers services to help carriers, TPAs and self-insured employers manage the structured settlement process each step of the way. These services include analysis of the claimant’s future income requirements and medical expenses, and settlement negotiation and placement of structured settlement payments through annuities and other financial products. Cambridge Galaher also has a dedicated Medicare Set-Aside unit that assists our clients in analyzing cases that have or will have Medicare involvement. The MSA unit analyzes all past and future medical expense, advises the client on compliance issues and prepares all documentation for submission to Medicare.
