Executive Vice President

Nora Conway is the Executive Vice President responsible for managing national accounts and risk management services divisions, which includes oversight of Cambridge’s largest insurance company and self-insured employer accounts, account implementation, training, benchmarking and audit units. Ms. Conway has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry with an extensive background in sales and client services. Within Cambridge, Ms. Conway is responsible for supporting quality control, customer service and client retention throughout the entire organization. Before joining Cambridge, Ms. Conway held key management positions in sales and client services for three national risk management service organizations: Presidium, Inc., Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., and Self-Insurers Service, Inc.

PETER IMBROGNO
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Peter Imbrogno is the Executive Vice President responsible for property and casualty claims and risk management operations in the U.S. Mr. Imbrogno is a veteran of 34 years in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise in managing claims service operations and account management. Before joining Cambridge , Mr. Imbrogno held senior-level positions, including Vice President, Field Operations for Gallagher Bassett Service Inc. and Managing Director, for Marsh USA and CS Stars, LLC. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Broadspire Services, Inc., where he was responsible for all operations, product delivery, account management, risk management and managed care services.

KEVIN TURNER
Executive Vice President

Kevin Turner is the Executive Vice President responsible for sales and business development. He has over 25 years in the workers’ compensation and risk management arena, having worked at Gates McDonald, Ryder Systems and Chrysler prior to joining Cambridge. He began his career with Cambridge in 1999 as a Regional Manager and has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including AVP, Large National Clients; VP, Retail Practice Group; and for the last three years, Senior Vice President, Operations.
