Cambridge Integrated Services Appoints Melissa J. Hartstein Senior Vice President, Field Claims Services, Eastern Region

Arthur H. Gould Named Branch Manager for TPA Operations in Florida

Greenwich, CT, October 3, 2007 — Cambridge Integrated Services, the leader in innovative claims and risk management services, and subsidiary of Cambridge Solutions Ltd., announced today that Melissa J. Hartstein has been appointed Senior Vice President, Field Claims Services for the Company’s Eastern Region, replacing Kevin Turner, who was recently promoted to Executive Vice President, Field Claims Services Sales. Cambridge also announced that Arthur H. Gould is joining as Branch Manager for the Company’s Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations in Florida.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Hartstein was Operations Manager and Vice President for Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., where she led workers' compensation and liability operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Previously, she held the position of unit manager and workers’ compensation supervisor for RSKCo/Alexsis, Inc., where she headed a team of adjusters and medical processors in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Gould joins Cambridge from Bridgeworks Commercial Management, where he was Senior Vice President, Claims. Previously, he held the position of Vice President and Regional Manager for Gab Robins Risk Management Services, Inc., where for more than five years he directed multi-line claim operations in 17 offices.
